Refund policy

satisfied, we've made our return process simple and hassle-free.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn,
unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To start a return, email us at contact@thepadelshop.com with your order number and
reason for return. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within
5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
EXCHANGES
Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item within
30 days of delivery. Email us at contact@thepadelshop.com to arrange your exchange.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us immediately
at contact@thepadelshop.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a
replacement at no extra cost.
FREE RETURNS

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
